Use and disclosure of personal information only with consent of the Client and where reasonable, expected by Acoustic Health to disclose such information for the benefit of the Client to others such as; Doctors, Specialists, Professional Colleagues and the Commonwealth Government Hearing Services Program as required and agreed to, by way of signature, on the Client Information form.


Data Security to ensure personal information is stored and used in a secure environment.


Openness to ensure all individuals know that they have access to their personal information upon request.


Access and Correction to provide access to personal information by individuals for correction.


Complaints to provide a means for individuals to resolve breaches of privacy

Training of all record keepers in the National Privacy Principles as they apply to Acoustic Health.
