Fitting Policy

All Hearing Devices and Assistive Listening Devices fitted to Private clients or eligible Pensioners and Veterans’ who choose to Top- Up to more advanced technology are provided on a 45 day trial facility. If you consider the device you have purchased does not meet your needs you may return the device for a refund.

There will be a return fee of $100.00 for Privately purchased hearing aids (HSP Partially Subsidised Devices are exempt of this fee) upon return of the complete devices and accessories.


This policy is to help ensure peace of mind for those who may be unsure about investing in a Hearing Aid or Assistive Listening

Device that they feel may not meet their needs.
